POSTAGE AND PACKING….
All orders over £45 P&P FREE! (UK ONLY)*
UK Orders below £45 will be charged £2.50
OVERSEAS - INTERNATIONAL
orders P&P will be Charged at £5 if this is in excess of the actual
cost we will refund the difference.
If however the item is large or heavy and requires more postage we will contact
you
If your require any special delivery arrangements Eg. Special - (overnight delivery) / Recorded / registered delivery / Insurance Etc. These will be charged at cost please contact for details.
Overseas
Orders... If you are ordering from abroad via Credit Card the Credit Card Company
will automatically convert the transaction into your native currency. If you would

If you have any special requests Eg recorded delivery Etc. please contact us.
Cheques: If you are paying by cheque please note that due to a couple of unfortunate circumstances (unless I know you!) The cheques will have to clear before I send the goods. (Sorry) Please make Cheques payable to "Malcolm Norton"

Due to the nature of the goods we cannot accept returns / exchange items or refund money unless goods are proven to be defective (please notify within two weeks of purchase). Please remember that you are purchasing the secret which in many cases is the major part of the purchase. If you wish to check the suitability of any item for your act please feel free to call and discuss it.

We try to keep all items advertised in stock at all times. However occasionally we do sell out of an item, should this happen you will be informed immediately you may then either cancel the order or the item can be placed on back order to be sent as soon as it arrives back in stock. Do please feel free to check the availability of items you wish to order.
Where possible All orders received will be shipped within 24 hours (Sundays excepted).
We reserve the right to alter catalogue prices as required without prior notice.
